HERI: Deep Dive Practice
This is about 2-hour long meeting.During the first part, participants remain in dyads or triads, or all together if the group is small enough. These units remain the same through this time. This is the time for the participants to meet each other and to learn each other and to build connection and trust, to see and to be seen.
In the last part, one can call it "the pivotal point", a challenge is presented to each dyad: they each have 15 minutes to communicate with each other about this challenge.
Last few minutes are the time to journal, and for a closing circle.
~ This is most common flow of our Deep Dives, but we sometimes experiment with other flows ~ depening on group preferences. ~
